Linda Barrett purchased her first home in Bristol for herself and
her mother, through the recently launched Expanded Open Market HomeBuy
Scheme, the scheme provides a 25% equity loan to help buy a property
on the open market.
When she moved in she was so pleased with the property she emailed the Marketing Officer who helped her through the process as follows:
"I moved into my new home on the 5th March! I took all last week off to unpack etc and I absolutely love it. I can't thank you enough; it has made all the difference to my life and is ideal for my mother, all on the one floor and with two separate toilets!
