New Futures is the name for Aster Group’s investment and development partnership. Aster Group is one of the Housing Corporation’s Lead Partners and has built relationships with other progressive developers. Aster bids for grant funding on behalf of other Group companies and its New Futures partners. |
The partners are

Between them the partners manage 26,000 homes, spend over £70 million on new developments in the region, delivering well over 700 affordable homes a year and New Futures is also one of three HomeBuy Agents responsible for overseeing a programme of investment in home ownership schemes in the south west.
As HomeBuy Agents, New Futures provide the Open Market HomeBuy programme for the North Zone in the South West of England and maintain the waiting list for all applicants for New Build HomeBuy.
